Sales Associate

SW Marine is seeking a quality, enthusiastic individual to join our team.

 

The right candidate will possess a friendly personality, an ability to multi-task, be a highly motivated self-starter, have some knowledge of boats and the boating lifestyle and above all, a willingness to learn!

 

Essential Skills for this Position

• Retail sales experience & familiarity with boating are a big plus.

• Excellent communication skills, to effectively deal with customers and colleagues

• Ability to be work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team

• Ability and willingness to learn quickly

• Exhibit strong problem solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

• A winning attitude

 

Job Duties Include

• Greeting and checking in Customers

• Answering Phones

• Basic Parts Lookup

• Over the Counter Sales

• Parts Receiving

• Assist other employees as needed

 

• Monday - Friday daytime schedule with some Saturday mornings

 

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Our team members enjoy terrific benefits which include, health benefits, retirement, two weeks paid time off plus 2 weeks paid shut down, company provided training and education. Starting salary $15.00 per hour base, negotiable with experience.
